Where is registration check-in/badge pick-up?
The registration counter will be located in the Riverview Promenade outside the exhibit hall.
What’s included in my registration?
Detailed information may be found on our Registration page. Each category will list all activities, meals and conference/expo access that your registration includes.
What if I need to cancel my registration?
IFMA’s event cancellation policy may be found at the bottom of our Registration page.
Can I send someone else in my place?
Yes, you are allowed to transfer your registration as long as your replacement is a member. If your substitute is not a member, he/she will need to become a member to receive the transfer.
Can I see who’s attending?
Yes, an attendee list is available at the attendee service center. Due to privacy concerns, only the first and last name and company will be displayed.
Where do speakers check in?
Speakers will check in at the Speaker Ready Desk on level 4 near the Chicago Ballroom.
What’s the first event at Facility Fusion?
The first official event is the General Session 1.0 on Tuesday at 9:00 a.m.
What’s the last event at Facility Fusion?
The last event is the Closing Keynote & Luncheon on Thursday at 12:30 p.m. Facility tours are scheduled for 1:30 to 5 p.m. on Thursday. Tours are not included in your registration but may be added on for an additional fee.
What are facility tours? Where do tour groups meet?
Unique, back-of-house tours of prominent local facilities, led by FM and/or engineering teams. Pre-registered tour groups will meet near Convention Entrance (east of the main entrance) 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Learn more about the facility tours »
Is my local chapter or industry specific council hosting a function or session?
Session descriptions online and in the show directory will specify whether a session is being presented by a council or community. Please contact components@ifma.org to find out if a chapter or council is hosting an event on site.
What’s the dress code?
Business casual. Comfortable shoes are recommended at all times. It is also recommended to bring a light jacket or sweater — some meetings rooms can get chilly.
How do I book my hotel room?
What is the attendee service center?
You can edit your registration, add-on registration items, access conference proceedings and handouts from speakers, log your CEU points and see who is attending Fusion at the attendee service center. Your login information was included in your confirmation email. Contact registrations@ifma.org if you need assistance.
How do I log CEUs?

Is there Wi-Fi in the meeting rooms?
Each guest room and public area has complimentary Wi-Fi.
Can I bring my spouse/partner?
