The journey into self through strengths lenses offers us access to our super powers, while assisting us with strategies in our gaps. Leadership isn’t of the weak at heart, in fact, a heart lead leader is often a very effective leader. When we gain access to who we are designed to be as a leader we are much better equipped to see others as they are designed and deploy their strengths toward greater performance (and meaningful work).

The influencing power of a self-aware introverted leader and how to unleash it. The importance of timing, language, and humility. Finding your voice and stepping into it in YOUR unique way.

Wednesday, March 21
9:30 – 10:30 a.m. – “Tech Trends: Identifying and Fixing the Gaps in Your Emergency Preparedness” Presented by : Jake Young, ARC Technology Solutions

Are you in the 14% that are fully prepared for catastrophes? Or the 86% that isn’t? A recent survey found that facilities teams struggle to access building information because it isn’t in the cloud, isn’t organized, isn’t accessible on a mobile device, and lacks emergency plans. If a catastrophe can be expected to occur every two years at a cost of $500K on average, what could this mean for your organization? In this session, attendees will hear industry research findings that uncover the gaps in your emergency plans. Learn about technology and modern practices that optimize productivity, emergency response, and ultimately, the bottom line.
